Perhaps you struggle to communicate how you feel with others, and it negatively impacts your relationships, making you feel isolated. When new stressors come up, life gets even more overwhelming. You’re looking for healing and support. When you come to my office you are safe. I want to help you reach your goals. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you identify what has you stuck. I will help you build positive coping skills for when life stressors do appear. I am a personcentered therapist and want to support you through your healing process. I know what it’s like to struggle and need help. For a long time, I struggled with my own eating disorder, and now that I am healed, I want to help others. You may not have the same struggle I did, but I want to help you experience the same feelings of healing, even if your goals are different. I want to understand you, your story, and your emotions.
