I had quite a bit of history to unpack, but Lynn has been diligent in helping guide me through it all and get to a healthier place mentally, and giving me tools/strategies to use to help keep me there. We’re all a work in progress, but I’m thankful for the role that counseling has played in my life, and also thankful to be able to see/recognize the positive changes in me.
