We all have times of need and can benefit from someone to guide us, understand our feelings, give us suggestions, or give us the "umph" we need to get going. Life is full of love and pain and I'd love to sit with you through any of it. I have previously served in the Navy and have seen and helped people of all walks of life. Whatever is troubling you, we will work through it together. It may not be easy. You may need to go through and experience your own pain to come out on the other side, but when you do you will be so happy you took the time to make the ultimate investment in yourself. When we work together, we’ll take a holistic approach to healing, focus not only on your mental health but your physical and emotional health as well.
