When we meet, we’ll take time to reflect and process where you’re at and see if your goals still suit you. Evidence-based techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I'm happy to integrate faith into our sessions if desired.
