Aurea Knott, APRN

I Graduated with Bachelor of science in Nursing from Washburn University in 2017. Upon graduating nursing school, I worked as a nurse in the Emergency Department. I continued my education and earned my Master of Science in Nursing FNP in December of 2020. I worked with specialties such as neurology and pediatrics before deciding to go full family practice. I am Certified through American Academy of Nurse practitioners as a Family nurse practitioner. While most of my background is emergency care, I naturally enjoy urgent care visits My favorite types of visits are same day problems and illnesses as I feel like I am helping the patient when they need it most!I do enjoy primary care as well as I get to build lasting relationships and care for my patients through the lifespan. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and our young children, photography and working out.
