Ayan Mobley

Ayan Mobley, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. She specializes in trauma-informed, person-centered care and uses approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. Ayan earned her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and she has experience providing outpatient therapy in telehealth settings. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve meaningful personal growth. In addition to her clinical work, Ayan serves as a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army, bringing over two decades of leadership experience.
