That may not be entirely true.... Read more I’am very happy with my therapist Alyssa RAMPATH at Sound Wellness. I have made so progress because of her. I recently took an annually review questionnaire and it may appear I have made no progress. That may not be entirely true. I feel like I’m a half a step away from falling into a deep depressive state. But at the same time Alyssa has shown me and provided me with tools to help me face some of my worst weaknesses and vulnerabilities, I did not want to accept and believe was real.
