Hello, I'm LaBria, a LGPC dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges using a collaborative and client-centered approach. With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University and clinical training at Lartey Wellness Group (The Jon Thomas Group), I bring over eight years of experience in crisis intervention and community mental health. My specialties include cognitive behavioral therapy, helping adults manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. I work with clients aged 10 and up, focusing on depression, anxiety, PTSD, and behavioral issues. My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), reality-based therapy, person-centered therapy, strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and integrative psychotherapy.
