Was higly impressed with my first appointment. Had labs; 2 weeks later I message in app abouts recieve reply we will call next week. 2 weeks later still no news. Dealing with some health issues, call leave message for a call back. Get a message in app one lab elevated other 2 normal. Symptoms not related to med we prescribed. Ummmm thnx I didn't feel the med was an issue. Not a great example of communication and compassion
