Dr Graubert seemed very compendent. However he was not the doctor I needed. When I called for the appointment I told the person that was scheduling I need a back doctor that could give me a injection for sciatica. Dr Graubert can'Show moret do that. Now I have to pay another co-pay and see a spine surgeon. I spoke with an administrator and told her that I was not happy with the scheduling. She apologized and offered to reschedule me with the correct doctor. I told her no I would go elsewhere. I was very upset because I am I great pain and needed relief immediately. I will take the steroid pack Dr Graubert prescribed and then reschedule with one of your surgeons. I feel like since your employee make the error my co-pay should be credited to my next appointment
Dr. Shallop is amazing. I always look forward to my appt. with him. Not only did he save my leg but my life as well and continues every visit informing me how important It is to keep putting 100% into my PT so I will continue to Show moremake progress like I have been. Never did I nor anyone involved my life whether personally or professionally expect me to come through surgery so well or to recover as well as I am. Never a day goes by that I do not thank God for placing me in the hands of Dr. Shallop.I willl forever be grateful for him and all he did and continues to do for me. As always, he’s to the point. Gives you his explanation and whatever info he feels regarding your issue. I’ve recommended him to several people. Even my daughter and son-in- law drive down from Port St. Lucie to see him. That alone is a prime plus for him. I also must say I was at the Atlantis location today and Lilly, who was handling sign in patients was absolutely terrific. And this come from my experience as an office manager for a doctor for 9 years.
