Brittany Kolluru, ND, is a board-certified naturopathic doctor providing telehealth medicine for patients at Bridge City Family Medical Clinic. She has extensive experience with both naturopathic medicine and traditional Western medicine, seamlessly blending the use of supplements and pharmaceutical medications to best meet each patient’s needs.
Dr. Kolluru earned her doctoral degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, the founding university for naturopathic medicine in the United States. She then completed a prestigious two-year residency in family medicine and has advanced training in minor surgery procedures and cardiovascular medicine. She also holds an undergraduate degree in nutritional sciences from Louisiana State University.
Dr. Kolluru has over sixteen years of clinical experience and enjoys working with people of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. She is particularly interested in working with patients who have struggled to meet their health goals in the past and she enjoys providing care focused on weight management, cardiovascular health, hormone balancing and thyroid disorders.
Dr. Kolluru is known for her creative treatment style that focuses on the individual to develop treatments that fit into each person’s unique schedule and lifestyle. She recognizes that many factors contribute to ideal health, including physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Dr. Kolluru is motivated to work with each person to overcome barriers to meeting their health goals.
Dr. Kolluru is currently providing telehealth services for patients in an effort to provide easy, efficient access to care. She works in conjunction with the onsite team at Bridge City to provide full access to all primary care needs. She is able to order labs and imaging for patients as well as access to in office exams such as physicals and well woman exams seamlessly blending the convenience of a virtual provider with the ease of access found at an onsite clinic.

Lizzie was beyond what I expected. This was my first visit with her. She came off very confident as well as warm. It was easy for me to connect with her. I was immediately taken with her knowledge about diabetes which is my primary concern. Overall I left with great feeling that I was being taken care of. She is nothing short of an angel.

Dr. Arnold prioritizes the overall health of the client, aiming to ease urgent or acute issues that inhibit quality of life. He seems to have a vast understanding about medications which makes the topic feel natural & allows us clients to feel safe in his hands. I've seen many psychologists over my life & generally they make you visit 8+ times before considering medication options & Dr. Arnold understands just how important it is to begin the process of finding the right medication & right dose. It already takes a long time usually & he helps make the process smooth and feel secure while doing it. I love the Bridge City community, been coming about 15 years to here & love that Dr. Arnold has chosen to come here. I hope he stay, he's an excellent addition!
