Dr. Pacheco has treated me for almost 20 years. I have been a Type I diabetic for 30 years. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. With him, you can be a human being that is not perfect with their blood sugar control. He doShow morees not chide or guilt you for your imperfections with blood sugars levels but always strives to move you forward in a positive and mentally healthy way. I am very blessed to have him as my doctor and have an increasingly greater appreciation for him with every visit.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco for a while, he is very caring and understanding while I have questions/issues with my diabetes. He always takes his time during my appointments to answer any and all of my concerns. He is alwaShow moreys encouraging with more/better treatment even if I'm not sure of new meds, equipment. Sometimes it is hard to get a call back from office staff and I have had to call several times to reschedule or get an appointment. Office staff hasn't always been the friendliest.

Dr Pacheco and his office staff are very friendly and helpful. My only concern is I wish that when I have a video appointment at a certain time, that it wouldn’t start 30 minutes late. It is probably because other patients took longer than expected .

The staff has improved in call back responses as well. It is worth the drive from Dallas to go into the Rockwall office. M. The chairs in the examination room I was in were stained. The doctor did not fully look at my A1C test results from Quest Labs. Although this doctor ispersonable, I miss Dr. Lender.
As my periodic visit are, this went Excellent just waited about 10 minutes and the most important aspect of course my visit with Dr Carlos Arauz Pacheco, he reviewed my analysis and gave me some recommendations. I have been very well controlled in my Diabetes type One and have improved in my Health during these 20 years being under control and guidance of Dr Arauz Pacheco.

Fantastic Doctor! Listened attentively and effectively. I voiced my concerns and questions and he listened and responded not just with what I wanted to hear, but with facts and actual realistic advice.
Staff friendly and helpful, Dr. Arauz Pacheco was very thorough with questions and answers. New insulin pump and CGM monitor working well which has improved glucose control.
