Always on time never have long wait times.
Dr Pacheco is a welcoming and very knowledgable doctor. I never feel rushed and he answers even dumb questions. I feel like I'm getting the best plan for my diabetis.
First vist with Dr Pacheco went very well. He will be running appropriate tests to diagnose and treat my problem. He's obviously intelligent and thorough. Very happy Rockwall has an Endocrinologist.

Best service
Messages are not returned in a timely manner. It takes 3-4 days for anyone to get back with you on voicemails, texts or portal. Appt making is a disaster. Appts are made, but never recorded correctly. They don't consider that labs need to be done and thus make appts AFTER the lab tech leaves at 2:30. Appts get canceled for no reason other than human error. You must keep appt cards or texts to prove that it was made and then you get squeezed in or have to make another appt. Very frustrating.
