Carly Compton

Carly Compton is a therapist specializing in eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, and the mind–body connection. She creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges with confidence and compassion. Carly earned her MSW from California State University Long Beach (CSULB) with a focus in Integrated Health, Eating Disorders, and Body Image. She also holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and has experience as both an educator and Mental Health Specialist. She uses CBT, DBT, ACT, the Flash technique for trauma, nervous system regulation tools, and compassion-focused therapy, and is certified in mindfulness to support holistic healing. Carly believes in each person’s ability to heal and tailors treatment to meet every individual’s unique needs.
