She was the first to actually take my concerns seriously and not dismiss them, and instead believed me, got curious, and was collaborative and kind in choosing paths forward that would work best for me and explained her thought processes and reasoning every step of the way. This resulted in treatment that actually has been seriously working for the first time in 14 years.
