Cristina Lee-Castro

Cristina is a psychotherapist passionate about supporting healing through a warm, non-judgmental approach. She earned her MSW and BA in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and has experience serving individuals across ages, abilities, genders, races, and ethnicities. Cristina has worked in schools, community mental health centers, private practices, and with individuals facing mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. She specializes in depression, anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders, using DBT, ACT, FLASH for Trauma, CBT, Psychodynamic approaches, Exposure Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She creates a compassionate, inclusive space where clients feel seen and supported. Cristina collaborates with each person to develop personalized treatment plans, empowering them to overcome challenges, build resilience, and embrace personal growth.
