Paula Nehorai

Paula Nehorai is an associate therapist with a dual background in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. She creates a supportive, strengths-based space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Paula earned her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Vanguard University, and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, and cognitive changes related to dementia and brain trauma. Trained in CBT and DBT, Paula also integrates mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, person-centered approaches, and family systems work. Her compassionate, collaborative style helps clients build resilience, self-awareness, and clarity, reconnecting with purpose and confidence on their journey toward meaningful growth.
