Susan Lauing

Susan Lauing is an associate clinical social worker who provides collaborative, patient-centered care for individuals navigating a range of mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Her approach is grounded in empathy, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Susan helps individuals build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. She earned her master’s degree in social work from California State University, Long Beach and her bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of California, Riverside. Outside of work, Susan enjoys staying active, as well as Disney and Harry Potter, appreciating their themes of resilience, growth, and overcoming challenges.
