Aja Hernandez

Aja Hernandez is an associate marriage and family therapist who specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use concerns, family issues, codependency, infidelity, abuse, life transitions, and women’s reproductive mental health. She provides culturally sensitive, person-centered care using evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, somatic techniques, and strengths-based therapy. Aja earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Southern California.
