I am heard and that's extremely important especially when it comes to feedback and medicine usage. I feel comfortable enough to articulate and I even ask questions. Thanks to the previous visit I have a real repor with my medicine management team. She's really knowledgeable about the effects medicine have on ADHD and explained it to me.
The assistant was very very professional listen to me and heard me she understood the medication and referred to what I have taken in the past and what has been on currently and carefully process the information to give me the best medication needed I really wished more offices dealing with the mentally challenged had a professional such as this so that more information can be passed on in a safe environment for the client I felt safe I felt heard I was not rushed and we were able to talk.
