She is really nice, and clearly explains what it is that is causing the issue to make it understandable to me as a lay-person. She also makes sure that I understand any treatment option(s), and helps me decide the best option for me. She is very easy-going and I feel like I’m speaking to a long time friend during my visit. She is the best PCP I’ve ever had during my adult life and I’m 48 yrs old!

Her bedside manner is professional and she shows concern. Sometimes I've wondered if I'm a bit to worried about my health but she doesn't make me feel this way. I feel you need a provider that will make you feel a connection other than patient doctor. Well with her you feel and know she CARES. Also I've had a televideo with Tammie ²Gainey. She's great! From the time I walk in I know they care. Monique is great too!!
