They had a cancellation and because I was feeling like I really needed to get in and see her way before my appointment and they fit me in the office. Dr. Futrell always takes time to get to the bottom of any health issues I come to her with. She is really nice, and clearly explains what it is that is causing the issue to make it understandable to me as a lay-person. She also makes sure that I understand any treatment option(s), and helps me decide the best option for me. She is very easy-going and I feel like I’m speaking to a long time friend during my visit. She is the best PCP I’ve ever had during my adult life and I’m 48 yrs old! Read less
