I love Dr. Gainey… she is always there for me and really listens to me. Her office will call and check on me and they work with you to your needs and what’s best for you.
I have been seeing Dr. Gainey for several years now. She is the most caring and attentive doctor. She loves what she does and loves her patients. When you have a doctor that shows true compassion in their work and for their patients it helps with visit and the care given.
Great doctor who listens to you thoroughly and tells you your options that will work best for you. Doesn’t just throw medicine at every problem, but instead works with you to find out what works best to give you proper quality of life. I could not be happier with the care I’ve received over the last couple of years from Dr. Gainey.

Dr. Gainey at Sandhills Best Care is amazing. She is compassionate and really listens to her patients. She has tons and tons of patients, but she remembers everything about the last conversation from the last visit, and if she knows you are struggling with something she will check on you to make sure you’re doing OK. I am so glad she is my doctor and I wouldn’t want anybody else.
