I feel seen and understood by Carolyn which is what I was hoping for in therapy. I feel more relaxed and better able to express myself than with previous therapists. I don’t feel like I need to put a filter on my thoughts and emotions. It is early in treatment but I look forward to feedback and working to understand my experiences.

I am naturally defensive and adverse to criticism. Carolyn artfully guides me to view truths/realities in my life in a way that I barely realize it’s happening. In turn I can view and accept these things without the shame/guilt/defensiveness that I usually do. I am not rejecting or avoiding while in our sessions. She is amazing in her craft and I am thankful for the patience she shows in helping me realize these things and process them with me. I am hopeful for the future. Highly recommend.
