I've been struggling with my mental health for over a decade and have talked to a handful of different therapists. Alexander has definitely been the easiest to talk to. He always has good guidance and if I need to pivot the way I do or think about things he adjusts quickly. Highly recommend to anyone with ADHD and confidence issues.
