Tanja meets me where I ... Read more I just want to say I hit what I call the mental health provider lottery with Tanja and makin wellness as a whole. You usually have to shop around when looking for a provider that you really mesh well with. Tanja meets me where I am and approaches things with care and insight. I am definitely a complex case to handle and she does a wonderful job at pointing at the issue and helping me recognize and work on what to do to grow. They are a wonderful group of people here and I recommend them to all.

I have been able to step out of my comfort zone, remove emotional blocks keeping me stuck, I’ve gained confidence and was able to lose over 30lbs from the emotional releasing I’ve done… I’ve also been able to share a book he recommended to a colleague and get others into mediation..they don’t even see him, but have also experienced their own personal breakthroughs just from sharing my new knowledge
