About Rebecca Dattlo, MS

Are you feeling depressed, anxious, depleted, or like you are simply going through the motions, in an endless effort to support those around you? Are you and your partner struggling with issues around communication, intimacy, infertility, or infidelity? If you are encountering any of these issues, then I commend you for taking the first courageous step toward exploring your therapeutic options. I use an integrated therapeutic approach grounded in psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral theories. Together we will customize your treatment to reflect your values, needs and worldview. We all experience pain and suffering at some point in our lives. However, none of us should have to endure these challenges alone. It is vital to have a strong support system, and I hope to offer you a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can together navigate any stressors, feelings of overwhelm, or trauma in a way that helps you feel supported and promotes a sense of peace and well-being.
