I have over 30 years experience assisting individuals & families with chemical addictions, codependency, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, & self worth. I am a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), & I have worked in both inpatient & outpatient settings assisting clients to become the best version of themselves. Homework is assigned at times to assist the individual with ongoing work & exploration of topics covered in sessions. My approach to therapy is holistic & person-centered, with the ultimate goal of client self-discovery.
