It’s very rare to speak with a physician who makes you feel like he actually has time for you and is genuinely interested and concerned about each and every issue you’re having. Dr. Chao was a breath of fresh air, especially after being used to doctors who spend about 6 minutes with you and then walk out leaving you wondering if the appointment was a waste of time. I would send my family to Dr. Chao and that’s the highest compliment I can give a physician.
