Dr. Christopher Chum, a board-certified Gastroenterologist, is deeply committed to enhancing the health and well-being of his community. Having earned his medical degree from the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Chum completed his residency at Coney Island Hospital, followed by a fellowship in General and Advanced Gastroenterology at the same institution. There, he served as Assistant Program Director and Director of Advanced Endoscopy for a prominent academic program dedicated to training the next generation of gastroenterologists and medical residents.
Renowned for his compassionate and patient-centered approach, Dr. Chum has consistently delivered cutting-edge care to a diverse patient population, including underserved communities.
While maintaining his academic affiliations at Coney Island Hospital, he has relocated to New Jersey with his family. Here, he extends his expertise to the Hamilton community, providing exceptional care and improving access to healthcare for all.
Dr. Chum specializes in advanced interventional endoscopy and offers comprehensive care across the spectrum of gastroenterology and hepatology.
