Dr. Was Thorough and informative. Put me at ease and formulated a good plan of treatment. The x-ray tech was very nice and helpful. The appointment secretary was really organized and helpful finding a good date for follow up appointment. The office was very clean. Cleaner than a year ago. A great experience all around.

Dr Ouilette is always kind and caring, never rushes your visit with him. He listens to your issues and offers advice. X-rays we’re fast and efficient. Receptionist professional and friendly. Dr. Ouilette was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly and gave opportunities for questions. 4 stars because the young woman who was to transmit my rx did not. I asked twice that she had the correct pharmacy, she simply nodded yes before going back to her cell phone. My pharmacy never received the rx. When I called the Livonia office to inquire they were closed. The Dearborn office got the rx sent to our last used pharmacy as she saw no other info on her computer about another pharmacy
