Dr. Plagens has always been a straight shooter, he is decisive, and he has a very reassuring and practical approach to orthopedic care.

Dr. Steffes is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He has always taken very good care of me and my family over the years. He replaced both of my knees and has completely changed my life. He and his staff have always done everything they can to accommodate me as I was in the healing process and even after.

Very caring. Passionate physician. Gives it to you straight and recmends best options at the time. I drove 30 plus miles to see Dr. Plegans. I wouldn't have gone to anyone else. I am very happy with his recommendation and went with it. I might add very gentle as well.
Very nice experience with Dr Housner and the staff.
Couldn't open my finger for two months. Dr. Plagens gave me one injection and opened my finger. Problem solved! I would certainly recommend him to anyone with a "trigger" finger!

Ok experience. Staff wasn’t really friendly or welcoming to new patients. As a provider myself, felt the experience could’ve been much better and more informative.
Very efficient visit, Dr. Housner takes time with the patient, doesn’t seem rushed, but also doesn’t waste time for either the patient or himself. Outcome of surgical procedure is very positive.

The Office staff did a terrific job adjusting due to doctor’s last minute schedule change and accommodating my schedule. The best thing was the triage care I received from Dr. Platens. I saw another doctor before coming to this appointment and felt like the rushed through triaging my injury and pain. I left feeling like I found the best doctor and care.
