Worker's Comp I started communicating with your office last week and was in contact with your billing department. We were in communication a few times due to needing clarification with Worker's Comp Case# to set an appointment. ItShow more took a few times but we got it worked out and the Jeanette was very kind and patient with me. Today was my 1st visit. I had printed off and filled out all new patient documents before my appointment. I also brought extra documents, if needed, due to this Workers' Comp claim. Other communications were made and more information was sent to your office before my arrival. I arrived early. I didn't like standing, on 1 foot w/ crutches, for the duration of the communication with the lady at the front desk for my appointment. I provided paperwork to be filled out for light duty at work and had to pay $10 for this service Appointment was at 8am I didn't get to a room until 8:30am. Dr. arrived a little after 9am He spent little time with me and spoke slowly and softly allowing time to understand and ask questions. I got a new brace for my ankle and the lady who delivered it and explained it to me. She was so kind and attentive. At checkout, the lady was so kind and caring. I felt heard and taken care of.
X-rays we’re fast and efficient. Receptionist professional and friendly. Dr. Ouilette was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly and gave opportunities for questions. 4 stars because the young woman who was to transmShow moreit my rx did not. I asked twice that she had the correct pharmacy, she simply nodded yes before going back to her cell phone. My pharmacy never received the rx. When I called the Livonia office to inquire they were closed. The Dearborn office got the rx sent to our last used pharmacy as she saw no other info on her computer about another pharmacy

Great doctor, listens to you and will do what is best for you.
I went in because of a knee issue. The symptoms were minimal in the office but when I went to my car I couldn't bend my leg. Dr. Steffes and his nurse came out to my car and treated me on the spot. Not many doctors are that dedicated. Thanks Dr. Steffes
Dr. Matt was very professional extremely skilled I was in constant pain prior to surgery. I’m still recovering from surgery but the pain that I was living with is completely gone. All I have is a small pain from surgery which I’m dealing with thank you much, Dr. Steve and I would refer you to anyone in fact, my brother-in-law’s getting surgery April 18 same hip replacement as you gave me

Professional staff. Clean, modern office space and convenient parking. Ease of finding building right on Park Street off of Outer drive Dr. Steffes is kind , knowledgeable and is complete in discussing the next steps, location of the procedure time required to be in the hospital. Conducts himsslf with high regard for the patience concerns and listens to every detail of the conversation. Dr Steffes is a breath of fresh air. He really enjoys your company. Most intelligent man with a fine sense of humor. I enjoyed the entire visit.

I had never met Dr. Steffes prior to my fall, hip fracture, & need for surgery on that day. With my post -op visit, & follow -up visits I found him & his bedside manner to be kind, caring. His office staff is very friendly as well.

Doctor was on time although the practice should have electronic check in to complete paperwork prior to arrival. Some redundancy in paperwork.
