I have had two visits with Ms. Crystal and her team. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my visit. Everyone greeted me warmly and helped me to feel comfortable. Ms. Crystal took the time to answer all of my questions Show moreand address my concerns. I truly appreciate how she was able to simplify the wording of the science behind my issues so I could easily understand not only what was going on with me but how we were moving forward with a safe and understandable plan.
