I was 60lbs overweight, my cholesterol and GLP was elevated, my thyroid needed help and my testosterone was low. Now , 3 years later all of my levels are in healthy ranges. I weight train early in the morning, 5 days per week and I do 25-30 minutes of cardio (Stair Climber) in the afternoons after work, at least 3-4 times a week. I am 58 years old and I have more energy and feel better now, than when I was in my thirties.

I was nervous about going to this appointment because let's face it, most of us probably have been to a number of doctors with no help. She sat and explained every blood test and how it affects me and how it should look. I have never had a physician do that with me. It's either high or low and I will give you this for it. I was really hoping that someone would sit and listen and explain this all to me and she went above and beyond.
