I began my healthier living journey at Revitalized Health in April 2023. I was 60lbs overweight, my cholesterol and GLP was elevated, my thyroid needed help and my testosterone was low. Now , 3 years later all of my levels are in Show morehealthy ranges. I weight train early in the morning, 5 days per week and I do 25-30 minutes of cardio (Stair Climber) in the afternoons after work, at least 3-4 times a week. I am 58 years old and I have more energy and feel better now, than when I was in my thirties.
