The office mgr. is rude. She pulled me out of waiting, and informed me I needed to pay $229., from now on. She kept saying it, in different ways, over and over. Like I couldn’t understand her. I was looking straight at her. After Show moreawhile, she said, do you still want to see him? I said, I came all this way, yes, I do. She said, they hadn’t been taking my secondary ins, since last year. Why not give me a heads up. I saw Dr. Lender, told him, and he told the girl at the desk, to put a note, no pay.
I left at first, big mistake. Bc after dr name Amy Vora wrote the wrong prescription and blamed me. I went back to Dr. Lender. There I got my diabetes under control. I got started on the omnipod which has helped in bringing my aShow more1c down. He understood as a type 1.5 I'm not like most. He is by far the best endocrinologist I have had. I was taught the right way to manage my diabetes, he's never missed a refill, or Dr appt. When I saw others my a1c was 14% now I'm at 8% thank you Dr. Dan Lender
