I can’t get anyone in this office to get me a PRECERT for my MRI. I have been coming to this office since 2020. The customer service and healthcare in this office has gone all the way down. I love Dr. Levy and Lauren. Also, DoraShow more is the best caring person and very professional and has very good bed side manner. I would love to speak to an office manager. This office is the one that gave me a prescription a month ago for both knees MRI and no one in the office can get me a precertification!!! My insurance requires one. I miss Jessica, she used to work in the offices and would get me a precertification, in a timely manner. Very disappointed in the care, but love some of the doctors.
I made this appointment with Dr. Neil because I was experiencing nerve pain in several parts of my body. He not only took the time to carefully evaluate all of my symptoms, had some testing done, met with me again afterward, and sShow moreent me on my way with a plan in place to get my pain under control quickly. Dr. Neil spends more than ample time and truly cares about his patients' quality of life. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Dr. Dev Sinha specializes in pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics. Dr. Sinha attended George Washington University, then earned his Doctor of Medicine from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
During his fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, he trained with the top physicians in the field of pain management. His dedication to the advancement of the field can be seen through his numerous publications that contribute to the study and treatment of pain medicine.
Dr. Sinha lives in New Jersey with his wife, Arpita, and son and daughter. When he’s not in the office, his interests include reading, tennis, skiing, and cooking.

Dr Neil is just like his brother Dev and Dr So. He is compassionate and understanding. I recommend garden state pain to all my friends. It really is the best I have ever been to.

Lauren awesome and very patient with her patients. She helped me so much with my neck and shoulder pain. Definitely recommend her.

Dr. Neil has been with me since the beginning of my illness… having him in my corner has been the single greatest choice since the beginning. Knowing we had a plan for pain management was the single greatest gift. I was very aware of addiction… and dependence … he’s worked with my family on all of it!!

I had CHRONIC leg pain (sciatica) for YEARS until I couldn't take it anymore. One visit to them and the pain is 99.9% better. I'm sorry that I didn't know about Garden State SOONER!! Wonderful staff!! I HIGHLY recommend them!
