Diane Kingsley is a licensed and registered dietitian, holistic health counselor, and integrative practitioner with more than three decades of experience helping individuals restore balance to both body and mind. She specializes in the intersection of nutrition, mental health, and addiction recovery—empowering clients to rebuild biochemical stability, emotional resilience, and lasting wellness.
