I have seen Dr. Buford for two separate issues and each time have found the entire staff courteous and responsive to my concerns. I have referred family and friends to this office as I have the utmost trust in Dr. Buford and his Show morestaff. They have had a wonderful experience with this staff as well. I had a beautiful result with my rotator cuff surgery and am currently beginning a course of treatment for my knee. I highly recommend Dr. Buford.

Dr Buford did a great job diagnosing my shoulder issue and recommending surgery to correct it. He is informative and thorough and we had great confidence in him. Very friendly staff and nurse. Dr. Buford is very nice. Appt was on time. Office was very clean and easy access.
He looks for options rather than surgery. Finds solutions for ending pain rather than covering it up.

Dr. Buford is one of the best shoulder surgeons if not the best in the region. He stays on the cutting edge and communicates well as to what to expect during surgery and also records and videos what he is doing during surgery and why so you understand the procedures that were required.
I am glad I found Dr. Buford. He is one of only a handful of doctors in Dallas who use muscularskeletal ultrasound to diagnose injury. I prefer ultrasound to MRIs as it is noninvasive. The appointment lasted under an hour and that included x-rays, ultrasound, diagnose and treatment plan. I am very satisfied.

Very helpful in explaining what is needed for my injury
I trust Dr Buford because he consistently chooses the most conservative treatment first. When people tell me “surgeons just want to cut,” I bring up Dr Buford, whose choice is to avoid invasive treatment and surgery unless they are absolutely necessary. I can’t recommend Dr Buford highly enough.

Dr. Buford is the best in his field. He has performed two surgeries on me , and both were 100% successful. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs the types of surgery he performs. His office staff is very pleasant and cordial.
