Eli R. Cianciolo, MD, is an interventional pain management specialist at Riverhills Neuroscience in the Norwood and Westside neighborhoods of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is board-certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Cianciolo earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, in Cincinnati, before completing his anesthesiology residency at University Hospital in the same city. He later sought additional medical training, finishing an interventional pain management fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Cianciolo’s expertise includes interventional pain management and spine treatment. He welcomes patients with back pain, arthritis of the spine, sciatica, pinched nerves, spinal stenosis, neck pain, compression fracture, failed back surgery syndrome, and other chronic pain conditions.
He is an active member of various professional organizations, such as the American Society of Anesthesiologists – Ambulatory Surgery Committee, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia, the Greater Cincinnati Pain Society, and the Ohio Society of Anesthesiologists.
