We never had an issue untill this past Tuesday, my son was seen by Lito Justo for his refill on ADHD meds in which they were refilled. My issue is that he also was seen for his stitches in his Left foot. We asked if he could writeShow more a prescription for a medical boot to keep my son from injury or stitches from coming out the doctor responded they sell them at Walmart. We searched Walmart and other places they didn't have any. We then called back to Calvary medical Cleveland and spoke to the nurse she first said my son would have to be seen to get the boot ordered in which we already had seen the doctor. Finally the nurse spoke with doctor and he sent a order in today in which is October 4th my issue is my son's regular doctor is McBride she's always on top of things but Lito Justo seems not to care about his patients he rushes people to get them out .
I needed a same day appointment. Because I called before the clinic opened, I got the answering service, who said they would have a nurse call me when they opened. Two hours after opening I still hadn't received the call so I calShow moreled again and was able to be seen later in the afternoon. Dr. Manuel was awesome. After getting a shot, I left feeling much better mentally if not physically. I would have given 5 stars except for the disconnect between the answering service and the clinic staff. When you're in pain, waiting two hours seems like eternity. But I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Manuel specifically.
Dr. Villalobos began his journey into the field of medicine by serving in the US Air Force as a medic. After being honorably discharged in 1992, he went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Chemistry from University of North Texas. He then proceeded to earn his medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
He began his internal Medicine Internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 1996, continued in his Internal Medical Residency at Allegheny General Hospital. He completed his Allergy/Clinical Immunology Fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2001 and has been in private practice since then. Dr. Eliseo Villalobos, MD, opened the Allergy Institute of San Antonio in 2008.
He is a member of the American Association of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (AAAI), Joint Commission of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (JCAAI), Texas Medical Association (TMA), San Antonio Allergy Society, and Bexar County Medical Society (BCMS).
