Although this was only my first session, I can already tell that Elizabeth Brake is a truly empathetic and insightful therapist. I felt so comfortable talking with her. I felt heard and for the first time in a long time, I felt a Show morerenewed sense of hope! I normally feel awkward talking to people I have first met, but I really think the telehealth experience made it easier, being able to talk from my home and not needing to go to a public office. The medication I was put on is working well.
