Eloy Espinoza, MD, MPH

Eloy Espinoza, MD, MPH, is double board-certified in sleep medicine and family medicine and has advanced training in obesity medicine through Harvard Medical School. He founded RestoraMed Healthcare, PLLC, in College Place, Washington, to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care addressing the interconnected roles of sleep, weight, metabolism, prevention, and chronic disease.

Dr. Espinoza completed his family medicine residency through the Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein healthcare networks in Philadelphia and his Sleep Medicine fellowship at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania. He received specialized training in pediatric sleep medicine at the world-renowned Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and training in Inspire® therapy for obstructive sleep apnea through the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He earned his Master of Public Health from Benedictine University and previously worked with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Dr. Espinoza has published peer-reviewed research on sleep and obesity and has been invited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine to present his work at national conferences. He has also delivered medical lectures and seminars across North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Espinoza believes that careful listening is essential to an accurate diagnosis. He explains medical concerns clearly, involves patients in treatment decisions, and provides respectful, culturally responsive care designed to improve sleep, health, and quality of life.
