They told me the time frame they’d call. They told me to add their number to my contact list so my phone wouldn’t ignore them. Did I do that? Of course not. So I missed the doctors call. I called back and my worries were put to reShow morest when they told me their call procedure. Needless to say the doc called me back within minutes and we got the appointment done quickly. A great appointment if you ask me.
Excellent experience. I am hard of hearing and had difficulty hearing the doctor when he called me for my appointment. The doctor was kind enough to call my sister, who lives very close to me, and inform her of the problem I wasShow more having. My sister arrived at my condo and the doctor called back as promised and my appointment went smoothly from that point on. I am very happy with the care and consideration provided.
