I miss three different calls till I called the office and t... Read more I am going through some medical issues that had me going for chest X-ray, EKG, blood work twice and a primary physical prior to surgery. Timing could not have been worse. I miss three different calls till I called the office and they tried to connecte with as doc till finally the day before surgery I was taking a class to volunteer to work the election from 9 to 4. They arranged for me to call right at 9 and they would have Dr Wolek standing by to take my call. That's total customer service.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my questions and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Filipowicz to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate.
