Roman is awesome everything Iona is super fantastic from the doctors to the front desk always respectful willing to help and always going an extra step. Ask the doctor some questions. Very nice Dr and he made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
I did not recognize the name on the first email, and deleted it. When the next one came I figured it out. All else went well. Only suggestion would be to narrow down the time frame for the call. It is not always appropriate to take a call like this and to not know a 1-2 hour time frame, it is difficult to plan your day. I believe one of the emails said anytime between 9-4. Thank you.
