First, I thought I had to go to the office, but I called the office because I had missed a call and she had informed me that it was a phone call appt. It was great Mr. Mozzetti was very helpful and answer all my questions. He aShow moresked if I had anything else and said that if I did to call back and then of course, I remember something else and he didn't mind answer those questions, he didn't seem to mine that he had other appt. callers to make. He didn't seem to rush me off the phone. Thank you!
Dr Mozzetti was very professional and caring of my medical issues. Overall, I have had an excellent experience and am extremely happy for being under the care of IONA and their doctors.
