Received a text 30 min. prior to telehealth call from Dr. Nieto letting me know what number he would be calling from, and suggesting I enter the # in my Contacts list. I found this to be exceptional customer service. Dr. Nieto'Show more;s actual telehealth phone call came in at 9:06 AM, exactly when I was expecting the call. His questions were very professional and efficient. I appreciated the ease in getting my 7-month follow up completed.
I advised him of an illness I've been going through daily for a couple of months that has made me very sick, not able to sleep, and hard to function and he told me of a helpful solution and then forwarded me the information iShow moren writing. No other doctor or anyone has given me help for this condition and I appreciate him and his advice VERY much!!!

Amazing and very efficient
The only reason 4 out of five stars was given is because 155.00 for a 2 minute phone call is astronomical! Otherwise Dr. Nieto was fine with the rote questions he had to ask.
