I seen Dr Sonn . “ Fantastically Great “what us as patients would call “bedside manners.” Informative, knowledgeable ,polite, easy to communicate with all around, 10/10 Not all, but other Drs could learn from Dr. Sonn ReceptioShow morenist. If I could just say Ditto , There are Lots-of Great receptionist in Key West , and this lady , I don’t remember her name , dang it . However anyone who’s been there know who I’m talking about Best of the Best !!! Ummm Definate Pay Raise is WELL DESERVED !!
I had ample notice of the call. My paperwork was sent to me early so that the day of my appointment would be easy. The call came in early and was quick, so it didn't interrupt my work schedule at all. I appreciate the effoShow morerts to make the process smooth.

Dr. Neto is professional & succinct. My only issue with telemed phone call is the very long time windows for the call. It would be more convenient if the call time windows would be shortened to 2-4 hours vs 8 hours.
