Received a text 30 min. prior to telehealth call from Dr. Nieto letting me know what number he would be calling from, and suggesting I enter the # in my Contacts list. I found this to be exceptional customer service. Dr. Nieto'Show more;s actual telehealth phone call came in at 9:06 AM, exactly when I was expecting the call. His questions were very professional and efficient. I appreciated the ease in getting my 7-month follow up completed.
