I was impressed when Mr. Hernandez patiently explained the muscle structure of my left leg and pinpointed what muscle needed attention and work. Showed me a picture of this muscle and its function. Thereafter, gave me two stretches/workout that should assist in stretching this specific muscle. I”ve been doing it. In two days I can feel the difference, less pain and more flexibility.
