Eric Castleman, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist and internist at COR Healthcare Medical Associates in Los Angeles. He currently sees patients at the practice’s locations in Torrance and Redondo Beach, California, where he brings more than 35 years of experience specializing in general cardiology, and adult congenital heart disease.
Dr. Castleman earned his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City before moving to California for his medical training. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center and a cardiology fellowship from UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California.
Dr. Castleman has many interests outside of work. He loves spending time with his wife, who is a nurse, and their four children. He loves gardening, traveling, and tinkering in the garage repairing things.

I trust Dr Castleman regarding my care. It’s been years since I was referred by my PCP, and so far I’m satisfied with his service.
Dr. Castleman truly cares about his patients. He spends time looking at his notes, blood tests and listens to what I had to say.

Dr Castleman is rude and not attentive to your concerns. He would disappear for 10 minutes after starting the exam. He makes unprofessional comments.

Dr. Kwan, Is a proactive and caring physician who puts his patients first and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. He will spend any amount of time addressing the patient’s needs and concerns in a friendly and supportive manner. I’d recommend him at the highest level.

He really listens to all my concerns. I told him I needed his brain to help figure out my medicines. Changed any that were giving me side effects .
