Dr. Shelburne's care and concern for our daughter has been top notch. She is thoughtful, patient and understanding. We are thankful for her and recommend her to everyone we know. In addition, the entire team at Mt. View has been helpful and ensured that we have been very satisfied with the care received.
The nurses were great and so was Dr. Shelburne. My daughter was screaming for her shots (a normal thing) and I didn't feel "bad" about it. Everyone there was so caring. I felt comfortable voicing questions/concerns and felt like they were all answered/responded to. Dr. Shelburne is so real and I appreciate that. She lifts you up and educates you so well at the same time. Love this office!

Dr. Shelburne is wonderful. She is warm, attentive, caring, and unrushed as she listened and assessed our needs for our son. She made us feel like we were the only ones on her mind for the entire appointment. The time felt spacious and adequate to meet our needs and answer every question we had. Our son felt so heard. His struggles were addressed in a loving manner. Dr. Shelburne has excellent people skills and is an amazing provider. We feel so blessed to be a part of Mountain Ridge Pediatrics.
