Dr. Shelbourne is the best! Very patient, thorough, kind, and understanding. She is not bothered by noisy wiggly patients or their siblings. Listens to concerns and calmly talks through treatment plan. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shelburne is absolutely fantastic! She is so easy for my teenagers to talk to and my preteen can’t wait to see the shoes she has on. Dr. Shelburne is efficient, thorough and so relatable. We love her!

Dr. Shelburne is so kind and skilled at engaging with our shy and nervous 4 year old in a way that made him feel comfortable. Everyone in the office is so professional and caring.
Dr Shelbourne is always helpful kind and friendly. She has been so gentle with all of my children and makes sure she speaks with them individually about how they are feeling and what they’re experiencing. She explains everything clearly and thoroughly but I never feel talked down to. Just a great doctor.
I was able to get in super quickly to see Dr Shelburne (same day) to just check to make sure my son didn't have an ear infection. This quick response was incredibly helpful since I could go into labor with my second any day, and as always, Dr Shelburne was great with my 2.5 year old.
I’m grateful to have found pediatrician Erika Shelburne! She is so approachable and warm! She was very kind and sweet with my 9 month old sick son. She put me at ease and answered all of my questions. She is patient and a great listener. I think she had excellent bedside manner and sets a standard for pediatric care. I’m new to the area and honestly lucked out scheduling a sick visit with Mountain Ridge Pediatrics.

She listens! She will listen to all of my concerns and share information in a very personable way. When it comes to daily medications, I feel like her and I are a team to make sure the appropriate medicine is given.
