Dr. Flora Lau is gentle, friendly and knowledgeable. She provides clear, step by step instructions/talk to keep you engaged and informed throughout your visit. She made sure you are aware of all the information and patiently listens/addresses to your concerns. We all know everyone's body is different and comes in all forms of type/size; she made sure to tell us we are all normal and beautiful with nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of. She is a great doctor! Highly recommend.
